Welcome to the 2021 Montgomery County Fair. Please register ALL fair entries in this system.
Fair Entry will be open from June 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021, for exhibitors and their families to submit fair entries. No late entries will be accepted this year and money will need to be to the office by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 1st.
All livestock, communication, clothing, table setting and static exhibits will need to be entered by June 30th. This will require you to identify the static project(s) you plan to bring by June 30th. Prior to judging day, you will receive a printed list of your projects by mail. You will receive a completed project tag on static judging day.
All 4-H and FFA members needing special accommodations or a substitute showman during judging times must fill out a request form at the Extension Office. All special accommodation requests need to be submitted no later than July 1 at 4:30 PM. Information needed: member name, club, request type and details, member and parent/guardian signature.
